Binder's title: Treatise on Canon Law. Treatise on canon law respecting marriage; deals with premarital inquiries, impediments to matrimony, separation of married persons, and related matters. The author, a Franciscan friar, was at one time a resident of the Colegio de Tlatelulco in the Provincia del Santo Evangelio. He is known primarily for his book of sermons in the Matlatzinca language. Latin and Spanish treatises on the sacrament of marriage, dealing with requisite premarital inquiries, impediments to matrimony and related matters.
